Nine marketplaces. One inventory. Twelve seconds.
CheapSell pushes one scan to nine live marketplaces, mirrors delistings back, and reprices against competitor floors every four minutes. Built in Austin by a former Poshmark power seller who got tired of paying 13–15% in fees on every sale.

Private Beta · USWhat nine marketplaces actually saves you, per quarter.
These are three live seller archetypes — pulled from anonymized Q1 2025 transaction data on the platform. Your mileage will vary. The math is per seller, per quarter, and shows the gap between single-marketplace lock-in and cross-listed distribution.
Margot · Austin, TX
62 sales / quarter · $4,180 GMVSame inventory, 41% lower effective take rate when orders distribute across Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop instead of concentrating on eBay alone.
Devon · Columbus, OH
410 sales / quarter · $58,940 GMVAuto-repricer refreshes every four minutes against 41M competitor listings — Devon's Grailed and StockX-equivalent SKUs clear at higher floors before they stale-list.
Yuna · Brooklyn, NY
128 sales / quarter · $84,200 GMVLocked carrier / unlocked SKUs route to the market where they actually convert — Facebook Marketplace pulls the local pickup premium, eBay holds the international buyer pool.
Methodology: GMV-weighted effective take rate across each seller's actual buyer mix, computed against public marketplace fee schedules as of January 2025. Calculator preview launches with the Studio plan — see how it's calculated.
What happens after you scan a barcode.
Four mechanical steps, running on the CheapSell sync engine. No background browser tabs, no spreadsheet copy-paste, no manual delist when something sells.

01
Scan or import
Hit a UPC with the iOS or Android scanner, batch-upload a CSV, or pull from an existing inventory file. The system resolves the title, brand, and category against a 2.6M-product reference table.

02
Push to nine markets
One click cross-lists to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook, Etsy, Shopify, Grailed, and Kidizen — each formatted to that market's required schema (variations, measurements, hashtags, bundle pricing).
-
03
Auto-reprice every 4 min
The repricer watches 41M daily competitor listings across the network. When a competitor floors drop, your price floats down to the floor you set. When floors rise, your listing recovers its margin.

Mirror delists & sales
When an item sells on any one of the nine markets, the engine delists it on the other eight in under nine seconds. Refund flows, return windows, and inventory counts stay aligned across every channel.
The data feed under the repricer, and the API under that.
For sellers who treat resale as operations: here's what the engine is actually looking at, and how to wire your own systems into ours.
The repricer data feed
Every four minutes, the CheapSell engine samples 41 million competitor listings across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, and Etsy to compute category-level floor and ceiling distributions. The repricer uses that distribution to position your listing between your minimum acceptable price and a market-aware ceiling — not a flat markdown.
The feed is global, refreshed 360 times per day, and weighted by recency. When you turn on the repricer for a category, you're not just lowering your price — you're writing a policy that says "stay within X percentile of the live market."
- Category-level percentile bands
- Recency-weighted competitor sample
- Floor / ceiling policy per SKU
- Manual override pin on any item
REST API & webhooks
Studio and Pro plans ship with a documented REST API and signed webhook delivery. Pull inventory, push custom reprice rules, subscribe to listing.sold and listing.delisted events, or pipe order data into your own warehouse. The same endpoint powers our iOS, Android, and web apps.
Auth is OAuth 2.0 with seller-scoped tokens. Rate limit defaults to 600 req/min on read endpoints, 120 req/min on write — both raise on request for sellers running their own tooling on top.
- OAuth 2.0 seller-scoped tokens
- Webhook events: 14 lifecycle types
- OpenAPI 3.1 spec, generated nightly
- Python, Node, and Go SDKs
